Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to optimise supplier relationships and drive cost savings.
- Source and onboard new suppliers, ensuring they meet the company's quality, price, and service standards.
- Manage and develop supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and monitoring supplier performance to achieve operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align purchasing decisions with business goals and provide innovative solutions to procurement challenges.
- Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the supply chain.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and value delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Buyer or Procurement role, ideally with a focus on category management and supplier sourcing.
