Decontamination Team Leader

About the Role
The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Decontamination Team Leader to join their Decontamination Services unit based in Enfield. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day production, issue, and distribution of medical devices for clinical use.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the production manager, supervisor, decontamination technicians, and driver/porters on the shift.
- Assist with the production, issue, and distribution of medical devices for clinical use.
- Work closely with the team to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the decontamination process.
Requirements
- Demonstrable ability to meet the Trust Values.
- Numeracy, Literacy, and IT Literacy.
- Previous work as an SSD Technician.
- User of washer disinfectors and autoclaves.
- Previously worked with ISO13485.
- Previous Supervisory experience.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- IDSc Decon Course.
- NVQ / TVQ Decontamination.
- Work to deadlines and drive production areas.
- Team Worker.
