Fitzroy Support is seeking a skilled and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at a lovely 4-bedroom bungalow in Great Barton. The successful candidate will work closely with four young ladies who require ongoing support with daily living tasks, mobility, and social activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong commitment to person-centered care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Driving is an essential requirement, so you will need to have access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
We offer a comprehensive salary package, which includes an estimated salary of £26,000-£31,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive benefits such as paid annual leave and opportunities for career growth and development.
