beBee Professionals, a leading recruitment agency based in Walthamstow, is seeking a Senior Staffing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to negotiating job offers, while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles across different industries.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs.
  • Managing the entire recruitment process, from shortlisting candidates to arranging interviews and negotiating job offers.
  • Maintaining accurate records in our recruitment management system.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in recruitment or sales, preferably with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Able to work in a target-driven environment with a focus on results.
  • Familiarity with using recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
Compensation:
  • An estimated base salary of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, plus performance-based commissions.
