Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a dedicated Children's Centre Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis. This exciting opportunity is based in a Children's home in Haringey, where you will be responsible for managing the referral and admission of young people into the centre.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Allocate work and review cases to ensure statutory requirements, departmental policy, and Ofsted standards are met.
  • Supervise and performance monitor staff, as well as assist in the induction and training of new team members.
  • Collaborate with the Deputy Home Manager and Registered Manager to manage a team of staff working in the Children's home.
  • Attend and participate in meetings, training, and supervisions as required.
  • Work with young people, their families, and staff to plan and implement individual plans, promoting independence and reaching full potential.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Health and Social Care NVQ or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and understanding of quality care standards, Children Act 1989, and revised Children's Home Regulation 2015.
  • Direct involvement in Ofsted inspections.
