Production Technician Wanted

E.T.L. Systems, a leading manufacturer of RF equipment and infrastructure for the global satellite communications market, is looking for a skilled Production Technician to join our assembly team in our modern manufacturing facility outside Hereford.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical assembly and a passion for working with RF equipment. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

  • Perform mechanical assembly of RF equipment components with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure all assembled products meet industry standards and company requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues to maintain production flow.
  • Maintain and update production documentation and records.
  • Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
