About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Production Equipment Technician to join our team at Safran companies. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment and processes.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine planned maintenance of production equipment to prevent downtime and optimize productivity
- Identify and report potential issues with equipment before they become major problems
- Collaborate with production staff to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies
- Utilize CMMS software to track and manage maintenance activities and assets
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and materials

Requirements:
- Equivalent to HNC/City & Guilds level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing)
- At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance or production support role, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively interact with production staff, engineers, and external partners

Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum
