Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to NHS standards and guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Good general education qualifications, including English and Maths at GCSE grade C or equivalent.
- IT literate.
- Previous experience working as a Band 2 Support Worker in a Place of Safety.
- Ability to work in a stressful environment.
