We are seeking a skilled and experienced OH Doctor to join our team at RPS Group as a Senior OH Doctor. In this position, you will be responsible for undertaking a wide variety of casework, including management referrals, pension eligibility assessments, HSE Appointed Doctor medicals, OEUK medicals and Tier 4 Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome assessments.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational medicine, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. They will be confident in their ability to undertake complex casework, while maintaining professional standards and accreditation.

The salary for this position is estimated at £75,000 - £100,000 depending on experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working arrangements and a supportive community culture. Key responsibilities of the job include undertaking a wide variety of casework, ensuring quality and clinical management, confidentiality and GDPR compliance, and providing chargeable service delivery. To succeed in this role, applicants must possess a Diploma in Occupational Medicine, be IT literate with a working knowledge of MS office suite, eOPAS and able to learn new systems quickly. Additionally, they should have knowledge of quality management and accreditation systems and work-related health matters. A flexible, highly motivated team player with outstanding people skills, ability to understand and meet targets and deadlines, able to learn and assimilate new information, well-developed deductive and intuitive abilities, and full UK driving licence is required.
