RPS Occupational Health has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Physician to join their team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, chargeable service delivery while maintaining professional standards and accreditation.

About the Role

This permanent position involves working 3 days a week at our RPS OH base in Derbyshire and Nottingham, focusing on undertaking a wide variety of casework, including management referrals, pension eligibility assessments, HSE Appointed Doctor medicals, OEUK medicals, and Tier 4 Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome assessments.

You will also oversee quality and clinical management, ensuring confidentiality and GDPR compliance, best-in-class customer relations management, supporting business development, health and safety, people and financial management, and continued professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Undertake a wide variety of casework, including management referrals, pension eligibility assessments, and other relevant tasks
  2. Oversee quality and clinical management, ensuring confidentiality and GDPR compliance
  3. Support business development, health and safety, people, and financial management
  4. Participate in continued professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Occupational Medicine
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, eOPAS, and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Knowledge of quality management and accreditation systems and work-related health matters
  • Flexible, highly motivated team player with outstanding people skills
  • Ability to understand and meet targets and deadlines
  • Able to learn and assimilate new information
  • Well-developed deductive and intuitive abilities
What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer an excellent salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with flexible working arrangements and a supportive community culture.
