Student Digital Services Enhancement Project

Burman Recruitment is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to lead a significant, long-term project aimed at enhancing student digital services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of student-facing digital services and their impact on student experience.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the project, ensuring key improvements are made to the student digital services, thereby enhancing overall student satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Student Digital Services Enhancement project, ensuring successful delivery across its 3-year timeline.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, risks, and progress.
  • Coordinate resources and manage stakeholders to ensure the project meets its objectives on time and within budget.
  • Implement new digital solutions for students, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Prince2 Practitioner certification or equivalent project management qualification.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale IT or digital service improvement projects.
  • Strong understanding of student-facing digital services and their impact on student experience.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in managing long-term projects with clear milestones and deliverables.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work and on-site presence as required.

Compensation:

Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
