Key responsibilities include:

  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members to develop their skills and expertise
  • Developing procurement and contract strategies to drive cost savings
  • Informing clients of future cost trends using our Hive digital applications

To succeed in this role, you'll need a proven track record of leadership in the property and real estate sector, ideally with experience in healthcare and life sciences. A degree or HNC-level qualification is required, along with RICS accreditation or similar. Estimated salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum.
