Family Support Worker and Admin Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Support Worker and Admin Assistant to join our team at a Primary school in Lambeth. The successful candidate will provide support to students with additional social, emotional and mental health needs, as well as those who struggle with behaviour challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1-1 student support to help students regulate their thoughts and emotions in a healthy manner
- Keep students focused and engaged in their learning
- Monitor attendance and maintain effective communication with students, parents and staff
- Provide practical advice and guidance to students and staff
- 2:1 or above in a university degree
- Experience working with SEN adults and/or children in similar environments or family level
- Pro-active, adaptable and ambitious with the potential to commit to the full academic year
- A highly rewarding role with the opportunity to gain experience in SEN Education
- A competitive daily rate of £15-£16
- A 20 hour per week contract, Monday to Friday
