  4. Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address service improvement opportunities, promoting evidence-based practice and research.">
  5. Participate in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring they are aligned with trust objectives and national standards.">
  6. Maintain accurate records and reports, using data to inform decision-making and drive continuous quality improvement.">
  7. Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.">

Person Specification:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse or Senior Mental Health Nurse with a minimum of 18 months' experience at Band 5 level.">
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care, with a strong focus on clinical governance and leadership.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and analytical thinking, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.">

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
