Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales processes and procedures.
- Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- Experience in the Government & Defence sector, with a strong understanding of the MOD/NATO market.
- Strong sales management skills, with the ability to coach and develop sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of up to £120,000, with a bonus/commission structure offering an OTE of £170,000.
