Bathroom Product Development Lead Job Description

As a key member of our team, the Bathroom Product Development Lead will be responsible for driving the product strategy, development, and lifecycle management of Taps, Showers & brassware products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute product strategies that meet business objectives.
  2. Lead the product development process, from concept to launch.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
  4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development decisions.
  5. Analyse sales performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Manage product data, including product descriptions, coding, and product attributes.
  7. Liaise with purchasing and IT to ensure accurate and timely updates.
  8. Evaluate product quality and reliability through technical assessment and quality assurance processes.
  9. Support the sales team with product training, marketing collateral, and sales enablement tools.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing a Bathroom / Brassware or similar product portfolio.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse complex data and market trends.
