Job description

We are a friendly and creative kitchen and bathroom showroom, based in the St Helens area. Our aim to help clients make best use of their space by providing expert advice to create and complete beautiful projects within budget.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Assist clients by going on site survey visits to measure up their bathroom or kitchen and gather relevant information.
- Producing initial bathroom or kitchen quotes.
- Liaise with the installation team to ensure products quoted are suitable for a client’s room.
- Assist in the upkeep of the showroom, selling ex-display and discounted products, making the Sales Manager aware of any snagging requirements.
- Be aware of new products coming into the market place from the suppliers.
- Continuous development of product knowledge via training days with suppliers.
- Be aware of special offers/terms occasionally offered by suppliers in order to be as competitive as possible when sending out quotations.
- Managing and maintaining the customer experience by taking and following up on leads
- Complete kitchen CAD drawings to a professional standard in a timely manner using Fusion 20/20
- Process and schedule orders to meet the agreed timelines
- Provide exemplary customer service and advice for all customers/clients
- Liaise closely with all team members to ensure a smooth running of the day to day operations in store against all KPI’s set.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous retail kitchen & bathroom experience (essential)
- Proven track record of making sales and a drive to win new business
- The ability to prioritise various tasks and manage your own work load
- Exceptional people skills with strong customer service focus
- Fully conversant with Fusion 20/20 design software
- Computer literate
- Clean driving licence
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of kitchen installation is desirable
- Ability to measure spaces and specify products based on these measurements

Ideally, you will have previous sales experience, in a kitchen type environment.

**Part time position considered**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
