Our client, a leading Retail brand, is seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Case Manager to join their HR Shared Services Team on a 6-month contract.

This critical role will deliver high-quality and accurate advice on all aspects of employee relations, including providing end-to-end case management and handling complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with business policies and procedures.
  • Provide comprehensive case management support, including high-risk cases, to ensure effective resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including ER and Legal teams.
  • Support business projects, such as consultation and TUPE, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance team performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing high-complexity employee relations cases at a high volume.
  • Background in shared services, with a strong understanding of ER case management principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to make informed decisions and drive positive outcomes.
