Job Title: ECT English Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic ECT English Teacher to join our dynamic team at GSL Education.

Job Description:

As an ECT English Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and effective English lessons to students of varying abilities. You will join a dedicated team committed to providing high-quality education and fostering a love for literature and language.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver inspiring English lessons that meet the needs of all students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to support their development.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
  • Participate in school events, parent evenings, and extracurricular activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Degree in English or a related subject.
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities.
  • Willingness to participate in continuous professional development.
