About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated English Teacher to join our team at Protocol Education. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective English lessons to students at the secondary level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver English lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the national curriculum for English.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and successful learning experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
  • Previous experience teaching English at the secondary level, preferably in a diverse urban setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for English and assessment practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective classroom management skills and the ability to establish a positive learning environment.
