Dorothy House Hospice is a leading charity providing end-of-life care in our community. Our Retail team operates 27 shops across B&NES, Wiltshire, and Somerset, generating £6 million annually to fund vital care services.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Retail Brand Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Retail team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute retail strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns and promotions
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Proven experience in retail management or a related field
- Strong understanding of retail operations, marketing, and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
