Retail Brand Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager to join our Retail team at Dorothy House Hospice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation in our retail operations, enhancing our brand's presence, and aligning with our mission to provide vital end-of-life care in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive retail brand strategy that incorporates innovation, customer insights, and market trends.
- Collaborate with our Head of Retail to increase awareness and engagement with our communities, fostering stronger customer loyalty and brand advocacy.
- Optimize our shop segmentation, ensuring each store stocks products tailored to the unique needs of the local community, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
- Design and execute customer engagement strategies, including loyalty programs and digital initiatives that foster long-term relationships with our brand.
- Explore opportunities to introduce new product categories and/or partnerships, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
- Work closely with shop managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to implement the brand strategy effectively across all shops, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong track record in driving innovation within a retail environment, preferably within the charity sector. You should hold a confident understanding of the retail market, customer behavior, and loyalty, as well as expertise in store segmentation, product strategy development, and market research.
Excellent project management skills, analytical problem-solving, and excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for this role. Experience in charity retail or a not-for-profit environment, familiarity with local communities in B&NES, Wiltshire, and Somerset, and experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or implementing technology-driven solutions in retail are desirable.
