HR Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our People Service, driving our People strategy and managing a talented People team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar HR management role, ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified or with equivalent experience. They will be a collaborative team player who can inspire, influence, and engage others, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
About the Role:
The People Manager will partner with managers and leaders to shape and deliver Business plans that align with our organisational goals. They will improve our recruitment processes, manage key areas including employee relations, policy development, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and learning and development. This role involves implementing new policies, developing and implementing tools, and coaching and supporting managers to create a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive our People strategy, supporting our values of respect, empowerment, responsibility, and excellence.
- Manage a talented People team, empowering them to provide outstanding support and guidance.
- Partner with managers and leaders to shape and deliver Business plans that align with our organisational goals.
- Improve our recruitment processes, managing key areas including employee relations, policy development, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and learning and development.
