Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Hitchin. As a key member of our preconstruction and site teams, you will be responsible for producing realistic and de-risked programmes that meet the highest quality standards.

Your primary focus will be on collaborating with our preconstruction team and supply chain partners to ensure accurate programme delivery that meets customer requirements and project scope. You will also be responsible for creating planning commentaries and method statements that articulate a comprehensive understanding of our approach and execution of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Completing the planning process with commercial acumen and skill.
  2. Preparing and completing a planning report that highlights key planning and programme dates for the project.
  3. Creating planning commentaries and method statements that demonstrate a thorough and robust approach to planning.
  4. Producing site logistics plans that are clear and understandable.

Personal Qualities:

  1. Analytical skills: able to break down larger projects into smaller sections.
  2. Mathematical skills: accurate planning involves complex calculations for quantities, outputs, and durations.
