Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Willmott Dixon. As a key member of our preconstruction team, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects across multiple sectors in north London, the northern home counties, and East Anglia.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Programme Management: Collaborate with the preconstruction and site teams to produce realistic, de-risked programmes that meet customer requirements and project scope.
  2. Planning and Scheduling: Work with our wider preconstruction team and supply chain partners to ensure accurate programme delivery.
  3. Site Logistics: Develop and implement site logistics plans that demonstrate a thorough and robust approach to planning.
  4. Reporting and Communication: Prepare and complete planning reports, create planning commentaries and method statements, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Commercial Acumen: Demonstrate commercial awareness and skill in completing the planning process.
  2. Communication Skills: Possess good demonstrable standard of written and spoken English and hold an appropriate CSCS card.
  3. Analytical Skills: Break down larger projects into smaller sections and demonstrate analytical skills.
  4. Mathematical Skills: Accurately plan and calculate quantities, outputs, and durations.
