Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Partner to join our team at Paradigm Housing Group. The successful candidate will provide expert financial support and advice to our Property Services Directorate and Strategic Asset Management teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business partnering, with expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for repairs, compliance, and capital investments. Advanced Excel skills and excellent communication skills are essential to deliver high-quality financial reporting and advice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing timely and accurate financial reports on property repairs, compliance, and capital investments.
  • Leading financial forecasting and supporting the annual budgeting process.
  • Providing in-depth analysis to highlight trends and spot areas for improvement.
  • Offering actionable insights that help drive better performance and decision-making.

The salary for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
