Job Title: EYFS Practitioner/Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate EYFS Practitioner/Educator to join our team in Gateshead and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for children
  • Support school staff to facilitate active participation of children in academic and social activities
  • Contribute to raising standards of achievement for all pupils
  • Implement daily routines and plan age-appropriate activities
  • Assist children in personal/intimate care and regularly evaluate their development
  • Liaise with parents/carers as directed by the class teacher
  • Uphold the Ripple Education ethos and safeguarding requirements
Requirements:
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Minimum of 2 references
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Hold a qualification meeting the approved 'full and relevant' criteria for Early Years qualifications and inclusion of staffing ratios
