We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the British Heart Foundation in Ripon. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and taking full responsibility in their absence.
Key Responsibilities:- Maximise sales through physical and digital channels
- Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey
- Contribute to the success of the store by achieving retail standards
This is a part-time position, working 28 hours per week (4 days out of 7) on a permanent contract. Due to the volume of donations, the role can be physically demanding at times, but it is also highly rewarding as you play a part in helping to fund life-saving research.
