About This Role

We are looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to join our team at Mayfair Homecare. As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our clients in their own homes. You will build relationships with commissioners, professionals, clients, and family members, and provide exceptional customer service.

You will support our Manager with business growth, manage rotas for our care packages, and respond efficiently to day-to-day changes. Your excellent communication and organisational skills will ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Rota Management for our care packages
  • Responding efficiently to day-to-day changes in care packages
  • Providing excellent customer service

Salary Information:

A competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
