Job Overview

This role involves leading the development and execution of the launch strategy and comprehensive plans for Acne and Rosacea brands considering market dynamics, competitive landscape, and patient needs.

The successful individual will explore and expand product sales opportunities for the Acne and Rosacea Brands beyond just the NHS.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Overall Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute launch strategies and comprehensive plans for Acne and Rosacea brands.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among marketing, medical affairs, regulatory, market access, and sales functions.
  • Strategy Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the implementation of activities and ensure timely execution, tracking progress against the plan.
  • Sales Targets and Bonus Schemes Setting: Develop regional and territory targets for field force and effective bonus schemes.
  • Coaching: Lead recruitment and retention of direct reports, set individual performance targets, and monitor progress.
  • Business Unit Business Development: Review business unit opportunities to accelerate brand growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, and collaborate on KOL engagement strategies.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate with finance teams to develop and manage the launch budget effectively.

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
