Berwick Receptionist

Based in the Northumberland region, this part-time Receptionist role at TOTALLY Careers requires a positive and welcoming individual to join our team at Berwick Urgent Care Centre.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled administrative professional to support the safe running of the Urgent Care Centre. Key responsibilities include working with clinical and operational colleagues to handle appointments, bookings, and visits efficiently, ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Key Requirements
  • 5 GCSEs including English and Maths or NVQ level 2 equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in healthcare.
Working Hours

This part-time role includes varying shift patterns, which may include:

  • Saturday mornings and evenings, alternating weeks.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is £19,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
