We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager - Commercial to join our team at A for Appointments. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our business and promoting sustainability in the region.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and log opportunities for both new business and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Customer Outreach: Maintain regular contact with leads, clients, and prospects, ensuring alignment with sales goals.
  • Account Management: Oversee customer, prospect, and suspect activities, ensuring timely follow-ups and completion of customer meeting reports.
  • Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing revenue and profit margins.
  • SMR Performance Analysis: Track service, maintenance, and repair (SMR) performance for allocated accounts, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions when necessary.

As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of business development and sales management, with a strong understanding of the waste management industry. You will be a natural communicator, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
