Caring Support Worker

At Bloomcare Group Limited, we are seeking a dedicated Nights Care Assistant to join our team at Abbotsbury Care Home in Southport. As a motivated and caring individual, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents.
Job SummaryWe are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in working within a caring environment and wants to make a real difference in people's lives. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care to residents, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist with medication administration and monitoring.
- Support residents with meals, snacks, and drinks.
- Engage residents in activities, such as hobbies, games, and outings.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in a care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
