Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Administrator to join our team at Conrad London St. James. As a key member of our Guest Services, Operations, and Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless communication between our guests, owners, and corporate office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Guest Relations team, ensuring all communications are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Carry out daily administrative activities, adhering to Hilton Standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify and build internal and external relationships, including actively monitoring online reviews and responding to guest feedback.
  • Utilize online platforms to enhance real-time communication with guests, address their needs promptly, and ensure exceptional guest experiences throughout their stay.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent administration and IT skills.
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
