About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide a thorough, personalised careers service throughout our school trust, offering engaging advice, guidance, and support to students on post-16 choice, university degree opportunities, and degree apprenticeships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a comprehensive careers service to students across our school trust
• Offer guidance and support on post-16 choice, university degree opportunities, and degree apprenticeships
• Work closely with teachers and other professionals to raise aspirations and outcomes for students

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a qualified graduate with previous experience in secondary or higher education, careers information, or human resources. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
