Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Product Compliance Administrator to join our team in Ferndown. As a key member of our compliance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, labelling, and sustainability of our products meet regulatory standards.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for compliance to support our Quality and Compliance Manager and Compliance Coordinators in managing compliance processes across all product categories.

Responsibilities include assisting in organizing and maintaining compliance documentation, collecting required compliance data, managing the compliance mailbox, and regularly monitoring global regulatory updates.

As a Product Compliance Administrator, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and implement process improvements to enhance compliance documentation and data tracking methods.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a degree-level education, preferably within a creative subject, and experience in an administrative role supporting a compliance or regulatory team. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software and excellent communication skills are also essential.

Benefits:

Our company offers a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for learning and development, a positive and friendly organisational culture, and a company pension scheme.

Location:

This role is based in Ferndown, with a Monday to Friday working schedule and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
