About the Role

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Nursing Team, ensuring the smooth running and efficiency of the ward while upholding The London Clinic's Philosophy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving handovers from the Ward Manager/Nurse in charge and updating staff on any changes on the ward.
  • Meeting and greeting patients, explaining room facilities, and preparing patient medical folders and related documentation.
  • Ensuring accurate activity capture (charges) for patients and handling confidential patient data with sensitivity.
