Job Title: Continuous Improvement Lead

Location: Barrow-In-Furness, UK (Full-time on-site position)

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Lead to join our team in Barrow-In-Furness. As a key member of our Operational Excellence Team, you will be responsible for delivering programmes and projects that drive measurable benefits to the business.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements across the organisation
  • Work closely with senior leaders to develop strategic plans and objectives
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality results and ensure successful project delivery
  • Analyse business data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for change

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record of delivering operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Degree or HNC in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
