Key Responsibilities- Outbound sales calls to other businesses to promote our clients' products and services
- Generating leads and appointments through targeted sales efforts
- Focusing on quality over quantity to maximize overall results
- 5 years of telemarketing experience minimum
- Outbound B2B telemarketing/telesales/call experience essential
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- People person with good communication skills
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing
- Self-motivated with a good attitude and energy to succeed
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- Pension scheme
- Uncapped commission
- 32 days holiday
The salary is starting from £28-30k with uncapped commission circa £10k. The commission is paid per appointment set, with a minimum of 12-15 appointments required to be confirmed at interview stage.
