Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
As a Construction Project Leader, you will collaborate with the Build Team to facilitate project execution, overseeing site teams and both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee safe operations and successful project completion. Project values may range significantly, with a focus on ensuring delivery under established conditions.
Your daily responsibilities will encompass:
- Overseeing project delivery with a focus on budget management and scheduling.
- Ensuring projects are completed within the stipulated time frame, budget, and quality standards set by the client.
- Achieving company objectives following contract completion.
Candidate Profile:
This Construction Project Leader role is ideal for individuals who possess:
- Experience in leading substantial project deliveries.
- Proven track record in managing project budgets and timelines.
- Proficiency in IT tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email.
- Familiarity with project management software such as ASTA Power Project or Microsoft Project.
