Job Title: Senior Systems IT Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems IT Engineer to join our Tech Support team at B2C2 OTC Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure maximum uptime for production trading systems using real-time monitoring
  • Provide expert-level 2 and 3 support for complex technical issues related to our platforms and products
  • Become a specialist in trading environment-specific knowledge and coordinate across teams to solve system issues
  • Continuous monitoring of application alerts to ensure systems are running optimally
  • Maintain and enforce good quality internal documentation for troubleshooting processes
  • Provide guidance and training to junior support engineers
  • Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, documentation, and communication

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in a highly skilled technical application support role with a trading firm
  • A self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An understanding of financial products, trading system architecture, and risk/compliance
  • Experience reading code and developing scripts for automation and analysis
  • Ability to work shift hours and provide phone or remote support in non-office hours
