Ecologist to Senior Ecologist

We are seeking an experienced ecologist or senior ecologist to join our team at FPCR Environment and Design Limited. As a key member of our ecology team, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering high-quality ecological assessments, surveys, and mitigation strategies.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced ecologist to take on a new challenge and contribute to the success of our team. You will work closely with our talented team of ecologists, landscape architects, and environmental planners to deliver complex and rewarding projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver high-quality ecological assessments, surveys, and mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with our team to deliver complex and rewarding projects
- Manage and deliver ecological projects and meet deadlines
- Conduct surveys, assessments, and prepare ecological reports
- Advise clients on Biodiversity Net Gain and use of the DEFRA Statutory Biodiversity Metric
- Hold protected species licence/s and have a particular ecological specialism
- Membership or eligibility for membership of a relevant professional body
