About the Role


Get Staffed Online Recruitment is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and implementing Health and Safety systems within the Group, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.


Main Responsibilities



  • Support the Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance in all Health and Safety aspects, developing, maintaining, monitoring, and coordinating Health and Safety policies and procedures, audits, and risk assessments across the Group.
  • Develop and implement Health and Safety strategies to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for employees.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and mitigate potential hazards, ensuring adherence to Health and Safety protocols.

Requirements



  • Proven 3 years+ Health and Safety management experience.
  • Qualified to NEBOSH Diploma.
  • Knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation.
  • Risk Assessment experience – essential.
  • Ability to travel across the UK.
