Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GWO Basic Safety Training Instructor to join our team at Maersk Training. As a key member of our instructional staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to wind industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Deliver GWO training courses to delegates in accordance with industry standards, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment.
- Course Development: Review, update, and develop course materials to ensure they meet GWO standards and are relevant to the wind industry.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all training equipment is properly maintained and serviced to prevent any safety risks.
- Safety Inspections: Conduct regular safety inspections of all equipment to ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team of instructors to deliver training programs and support the growth of our clients.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in delivering GWO training courses, with a strong background in the wind industry.
- Qualifications: Hold a Level 3 award in education and training or equivalent.
- Skills: Possess strong presentation skills, excellent communication and organization skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility: Be willing to travel and adapt to changing circumstances.
