Type: Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Salary: £12 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Coordinator to join our client's team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality metal and storage products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and components, ensuring accurate stock levels through regular stock checks and inventory record maintenance.
- Efficiently manage the loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Organize and store delivered items in their designated locations, maintaining an orderly and accessible inventory.
- Inspect materials for quality and accuracy against orders, and report any discrepancies or defects to the relevant department.
- Assist with other duties as required to support the production team and overall business operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic computer skills, with experience in inventory management systems being advantageous.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy items as required.
