## Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant - Secondary

## Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Woodfield School. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with Autism and associated needs, aged 7 to 19. Your primary responsibility will be to create a learning culture and experience for pupils who find it challenging to engage with a full program of onsite learning. You will work closely with the SENCo and Curriculum Deputy to target and agree a program of support and intervention for students, both onsite and offsite.

## Key Responsibilities:

* Create a learning culture and experience for pupils who find it challenging to engage with a full program of onsite learning
* Work with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis to re-engage them with onsite learning
* Collaborate with the SENCo and Curriculum Deputy to target and agree a program of support and intervention for students
* Contribute to the Pastoral Team at our school
