Senior/Associate Fund Monitoring Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Associate Fund Monitoring Surveyor to join our team at EC Property Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the progress of various projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About the Role
  • Monitor and report on the progress of projects, including site visits and regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on project management, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Requirements
  • MRICS accreditation or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in quantity surveying or building surveying.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
