Bank Fund Monitoring Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Bank Fund Monitoring Surveyor to join our team in the City office. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the eyes and ears of the funder, ensuring that costs, timelines, and other project aspects align with the Developer's representations.
  • Manage your own portfolio of deals and engage with Clients and developers.
  • Be involved in mentoring and developing more junior staff members.
Requirements:
  • A background in Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying.
  • Prior experience of working closely with banks and funds.
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a monitoring role is preferred, but we will also consider candidates with a clear intention to transition into Monitoring.
