Job Title: Head of Software Engineering

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to spearhead our software development efforts. As Head of Software Engineering, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our digital team, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their growth and success.
  • Oversee the development of software solutions, ensuring they meet the required standards, are scalable, and align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, Creative, and Product, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and partners.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading high-performing software development teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in software development, with a focus on architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
