About The Role:We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Reconnect program as a Suffolk RECONNECT Trainee. In this role, you will play a key part in providing advice and guidance to clients across the following prisons: HMP Highpoint, Warren Hill, and Hollesley Bay who need further support upon release.
You will support your colleagues in delivering a bespoke care plan created with the client at the centre, working in partnership with many agencies. Some of the key duties of the role include processing referrals, conducting in-depth needs assessments, and maintaining contact and support service users as identified in assessment.
What We Are Looking For:- Experience of supporting vulnerable adults
- Aptitude for working with vulnerable clients
- Commitment to own learning and personal development
- Ability to work as part of a team
- An ability to set and maintain professional boundaries
The estimated salary for this role is £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a contributory pension scheme, death in service payment, and critical illness insurance.
